Terms of use

By using Derbify (derbifyom.com), operated by Daleel Technology SPC (Commercial Registration 1594831), you agree to these terms. You confirm your agreement when you choose your password or when you are asked to agree after signing in.

1. Account

  • Accounts are opened after you contact us and agree on a package. While a free test is running, test accounts are also opened through the test form.
  • You choose your own password through the link we send to your email. Keep it secret: you are responsible for everything done from your account.
  • The information you give must be accurate, and you must have the right to use the business name, logo and photos you upload.

2. The service

  • We build your website, store, booking system or business system, publish it on a free link or your own domain, and check it every week.
  • The feasibility study is optional. You can ask for it before building or skip it. It is for information only and is not financial, legal or investment advice. It relies on published sources and on the answers you give (such as your budget), which may change or be incomplete; your decisions are your own.
  • Designs and part of the content are prepared by AI and may contain mistakes. Review your site before and after publishing.
  • Sites may use free stock photos (from Pexels) under their licence, with credit where required. You are responsible for the photos and text you add yourself.

3. Credits and packages

  • Every package includes monthly credits used for building, changes and studies. The cost of each step is shown before you approve it.
  • Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Your package's credits are added at the start of each month of your subscription, and unused credits stay in your balance while your subscription is active.
  • Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and may change; we tell you before any change that affects your current package.

4. Payment

  • Payment is by bank transfer in advance. We activate the package or add-on once the transfer is confirmed and issue an invoice.
  • Before a package ends we remind you by email and WhatsApp. If it ends without renewal, we may pause the site until payment. We do not delete your data for 90 days.

5. Messages from us

  • We send you service messages by email, inside your account and on WhatsApp: updates on your project, orders and bookings, package and credit reminders, a request for your opinion after publishing, and a check-in every few weeks.
  • You can switch WhatsApp messages off from My account. Password and security messages always go by email only.

6. Your store and your customers

  • If you sell or take bookings through your site, you are the seller or the service provider. You are responsible for your products, prices, delivery, refunds to your customers and answering them.
  • Your visitors' data belongs to you. We store and process it only to run your site and do not use it for anything else.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything that breaks the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, including offensive or misleading content, impersonation, selling prohibited goods, fraud, collecting people's data without consent, or attempting to attack the platform or other sites. We may suspend any site that does so.

8. Business licences

You are responsible for the licences your business needs (such as commercial registration and municipal permits) and for your store's compliance with consumer-protection and e-commerce laws.

9. Ownership

  • Your content, photos and customer data are yours.
  • The platform, its libraries and designs belong to Daleel Technology SPC. You may use the code generated for your site, including exporting it under your package or as a paid add-on.

10. Free tests

Test accounts are free for a limited period, are provided as they are, and may be closed when the test ends. The feedback you send helps us improve the service and we may use it for that purpose.

11. Availability and liability

  • We aim to keep sites running continuously, but interruptions may happen for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
  • To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

12. Ending the service

You can cancel at any time by contacting us. On request we hand over a copy of your content within 90 days of cancellation.

13. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that affects you, we tell you and ask you to agree again the next time you sign in. If you do not agree, you can cancel as in section 12.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
